UCR-Series undercounter units are versatile, compact models designed for undercounter and worktop applications, featuring a depth of 29 inches and a height of 34-1/2 inches, providing refrigerated storage for food products. The cabinet is constructed from heavy-duty materials, with exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum and includes a standard interior thermometer. Insulation is provided by 2-inch thick foamed-in-place polyurethane on the cabinet and 1-1/2 inches on the sub-top. Doors are equipped with self-closing, cartridge-style hinges offering a 120° stay-open feature, and they include a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for an effective seal. The double pull-style door handle is made of black anodized aluminum, and the unit is supported by standard 6-inch high casters, two of which include brakes. An 8-foot cord set is included for 115-volt models, and the cabinet interior comes standard with two steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. For glass door models, an interior light with a manual switch is also provided. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant and incorporates a capillary tube system, along with an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. It features an interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils to maintain the optimal environment for food preservation. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8-foot long cord and plug set is included.
