The UCRD Series offers 32" depth versatile, compact models designed for under the counter refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet features heavy-duty construction, including exterior stainless steel for the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum. An interior thermometer is included as standard. For cabinets with doors and drawers, the doors are mounted with cartridge-style hinges that allow them to self-close and remain open at a 120° angle, facilitating easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. Insulation is provided by CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The cabinet stands on 6" high casters, two of which include brakes. Drawer construction features heavy-duty stainless steel frames supported on heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides with a locking mechanism to prevent unintended removal. The upper pull-out drawers can accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower pull-out drawers fit two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports supplied (foodservice pans are not included). Each drawer is sealed with a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system uses R134A refrigerant regulated by a capillary tube system, and an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator is provided. The interior forced-air system includes high humidity evaporator coils to maintain optimal food preservation conditions. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
