The UCRD Series features versatile, compact models with a 29" depth designed for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet construction is heavy-duty, featuring exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are constructed from galvanized steel. The interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. The doors and drawers are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that enable self-closing and maintain an open position at 120° for easy access and cleaning. Each door includes a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The cabinet insulation consists of CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. Standard 6" high casters include two with brakes. The drawer frames are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and supported by heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides, which feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower drawers are designed for two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided (foodservice pans not included). Snap-type vinyl magnetic gaskets secure each drawer for a positive seal, and the drawers extend 23" when opened. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant and operates with a capillary tube system, featuring an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior forced-air system, equipped with high humidity evaporator coils, ensures optimal food preservation. The electrical units are wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
