The cabinet features heavy-duty construction with stainless steel front doors and grilles, complemented by steel exterior sides finished in gray. The exterior top and back are made of galvanized steel, while the interior bottom is stainless steel. The walls of the interior cabinet are constructed from white coated steel, and it includes three adjustable epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section. The cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, enhancing its structural strength and energy efficiency. Doors are mounted on cam-lift hinges that allow them to remain open at 120° and self-close due to gravity. Snap-in magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal and can be easily removed for cleaning. The unit is equipped with three-inch heavy-duty casters, two of which have brakes. The balanced refrigeration system is located at the bottom of the cabinet and utilizes a refrigerant that is CFC and HCFC-free to meet environmental safety standards. An enhanced digital control unit, located on the exterior top of the cabinet, includes a "door open indicator" and displays the internal cabinet temperature, which is fully adjustable through the digital control.
