The UCRD Series offers a versatile and compact design with a 32" depth, ideal for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products. With a working height of 34 1/2", this heavy-duty cabinet features exterior construction of stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is included as a standard feature. The cabinet doors are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that allow for self-closing, stay-open functionality at 120°, and easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is equipped with a plug-in vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. Insulation is composed of CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches, and the unit is supported by 6" high casters, two of which include brakes. Drawer frames are constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel and are supported on heavy-duty telescoping drawer slides with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while the lower drawers are designed for two 4" deep pans. Heavy-duty pan divider supports are included, although foodservice pans are not provided. Each drawer features a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant and is operated by a capillary tube system, incorporating an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. An interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils ensures optimal food preservation. Electrical units are factory-wired and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
