The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front and gray painted sides, with an anodized aluminum interior and coved corners as standard. It also includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control consists of a thermostat that provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is top-mounted with a balanced design, featuring an evaporator positioned outside the food zone to optimize capacity, an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency, and a unique down draft airflow system that ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. It utilizes an environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant in its self-contained, factory-engineered system. The cabinet doors can be configured as solid or half-solid, equipped with anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible functionality, cam lift hinges, a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay open feature, and plug-in magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools for easy cleaning. For storage, it comes standard with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, with four shelf clips included per shelf, and shelves are adjustable in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model features incandescent interior lighting.
