The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front and gray painted sides, with an anodized aluminum interior and coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation for effective thermal performance. The electronic control system features a digital thermostat that displays cabinet temperatures, complete with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. The unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. It utilizes a factory engineered, self-contained refrigeration system that operates using environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant. Customers can choose between solid door or half-solid door configurations, which feature anti-microbial door handles, door locks, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay-open feature. The cabinet is equipped with plug-in magnetic door gaskets of one-piece construction that are removable without tools for easy cleaning. It comes standard with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, each with four shelf clips included for field installation, and the shelves are adjustable in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model features incandescent interior lighting.
