The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, while the interior is constructed of anodized aluminum with coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control includes a thermostat that displays cabinet temperatures digitally, along with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has an evaporator positioned outside of the food zone to maximize capacity, and it includes an automatic evaporation system that enhances energy efficiency. The unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F, utilizing environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers configurations with solid doors or half-solid doors, featuring anti-microbial door handles and locks, reversible doors with cam lift hinges, and positive seal self-closing doors that have a 120° stay-open feature. The one-piece plug-in magnetic door gaskets are removable without tools for easy cleaning. Additionally, three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section are standard, with four shelf clips included for field installation and adjustable shelves in ½" increments. Four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation, and the model includes incandescent interior lighting.
