The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front and gray painted sides, with an anodized aluminum interior characterized by coved corners, and 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. It includes an electronic thermostat with a digital display that indicates cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system is designed with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, and an automatic evaporation system enhances energy efficiency. Its unique down draft airflow system ensures even distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet door options consist of solid or half-solid configurations, equipped with anti-microbial door handles, door locks, and field reversible doors with cam lift hinges. The self-closing doors feature a positive seal and a 120° stay open capability, complemented by removable magnetic door gaskets for easy cleaning. It includes three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves per section, adjustable in ½" increments, and comes with four shelf clips per shelf for field installation. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for further customization, and the model is illuminated with incandescent interior lighting.
