The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum with coved corners, providing durability and a clean design. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation to ensure energy efficiency. The electronic control includes a digital display for cabinet temperatures, along with status indicators and a keypad for adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system is designed with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and includes an automatic evaporation system. The unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. It utilizes an environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers a choice of solid or half-solid door configurations, with standard anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and positive seal self-closing doors that stay open at 120°. The removable magnetic door gaskets facilitate easy cleaning. Inside, it comes with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, each adjustable in ½" increments and supported by four shelf clips. Additionally, there are four interior pan slide kits available for field installation. The model features incandescent interior lighting.
