The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides and an anodized aluminum interior that includes coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system includes an electronic thermostat with a digital display for cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced design with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, incorporating an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency and a unique down draft airflow system that maintains uniform airflow throughout the cabinet, keeping product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. This factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet can be configured with either a solid door or a half-solid door, featuring anti-microbial door handles and locks, reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay open feature. The doors are equipped with plug-in magnetic gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. Inside, there are three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, adjustable in 1/2" increments, with four shelf clips included per shelf. Additionally, there are four interior pan slide kits available for field installation, and the model includes incandescent interior lighting.
