The cabinet features a construction with a stainless steel exterior front and gray painted sides, complemented by an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners and 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. It is equipped with an electronic thermostat that provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures along with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system includes a top mount balanced design with the evaporator positioned out of the food zone, maximizing capacity and utilizing an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform distribution of airflow to maintain product temperatures between 36 - 38°F, while the factory engineered self-contained refrigeration system employs environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Door options include solid or half-solid configurations, featuring anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay open feature. The cabinet also includes plug-in magnetic door gaskets that are one-piece construction and removable without tools for ease of cleaning. Each section contains three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation, and four interior pan slide kits available. Furthermore, the model is enhanced with incandescent interior lighting.
