The cabinet features a stainless steel front and continuous coil coated sides, with an interior liner made of stainless steel. It includes full electronic control and a self-closing door with a 120 stay-open feature on cam-lift hinges, as well as field reversible doors and snap-in magnetic gaskets for a positive door seal. The kit comprises three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves and 6" heavy-duty casters, two of which are equipped with brakes, along with an 8' cord and plug. The refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly, energy efficient R290 refrigerant and complies with all regulatory requirements for CARB, SNAP, DOE, and more. It features a hot gas condensate evaporator, adaptive defrost, and an epoxy coated evaporator coil, maintaining product temperatures down to 36°F and 38°F.
