The cabinet's construction features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, and an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures along with status indicators and a keypad for necessary adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system, which employs an evaporator positioned out of the food zone for maximum capacity, utilizes an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. It features a unique down draft airflow system to ensure uniform distribution and maintain product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory engineered, self-contained refrigeration system operates using environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Door options include solid or half-solid configurations, with anti-microbial handles and locks. The doors are field reversible and equipped with cam lift hinges, positive seal self-closing functionality, and a 120° stay open feature. The magnetic door gaskets are one-piece construction and removable without tools for ease of cleaning. Each section comes standard with three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, and four shelf clips per shelf, along with the option of installing four interior pan slide kits. Additionally, the model features incandescent interior lighting.
