The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides and an anodized aluminum interior featuring coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control includes a digital thermostat display of cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and utilizes an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. The unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform air distribution throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers a choice between solid door or half-solid door configurations, with anti-microbial door handles and locks as standard. Doors feature a field reversible design with cam lift hinges, a positive seal self-closing mechanism, and a 120° stay open feature. Magnetic door gaskets are of one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Each section includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation and adjustable shelving in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model is equipped with incandescent interior lighting.
