The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, while the interior is constructed from anodized aluminum with coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system comprises a digital display that shows cabinet temperatures with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system, equipped with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone, maximizes capacity and incorporates an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F, while the self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Customers can choose between solid or half-solid door configurations, featuring anti-microbial door handles, door locks, field reversible doors, and cam lift hinges. The doors have a positive seal self-closing feature with a 120° stay open capability and are equipped with removable plug-in magnetic gaskets. Each section contains three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for installation. The model is illuminated by incandescent interior lighting.
