This cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with glass door(s) and gray painted sides, complemented by an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. An electronic thermostat provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures, complete with status indicators and a keypad for adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system, designed with the evaporator positioned out of the food zone, maximizes capacity while providing an automatic evaporation system for enhanced energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers a choice of glass door or half-glass door configurations, featuring energy-efficient, "low-e", double pane thermal glass and anti-microbial door handles. The doors are field reversible, equipped with cam lift hinges, and feature positive seal self-closing mechanisms with a 120° stay-open option. Plug-in magnetic door gaskets allow for ease of cleaning without the need for tools. Inside, there are three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves per section, adjustable in ½" increments, and four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation.
