The cabinet features stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides and an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners, while the insulation consists of 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane. It is equipped with an electronic thermostat that provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures along with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system utilizes a top mount balanced design with an evaporator positioned outside the food zone for maximum capacity and efficiency, employing an automatic evaporation system and a unique down draft airflow system that maintains product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant. Door options include solid or half-solid configurations with anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible doors, and cam lift hinges, featuring a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay open feature. The cabinet incorporates plug-in magnetic door gaskets made from one-piece construction, removable without tools for easier cleaning. Inside, it includes three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves per section, with four shelf clips for each shelf that are field installed, and shelves adjustable in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model also showcases an incandescent interior.
