The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, while the interior is constructed from anodized aluminum with coved corners. It includes 2 inches of foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system provides a digital display for cabinet temperatures, equipped with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced design with the evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, featuring an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. The unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform airflow distribution, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Door options include solid or half-solid configurations, with anti-microbial door handles and locks standard. The doors are field reversible and feature cam lift hinges, positive seal self-closing mechanisms, and a 120° stay open feature. Plug-in magnetic door gaskets are of one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Each section includes three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves, with four shelf clips provided per shelf, adjustable in ½" increments, along with the option for four interior pan slide kits for field installation. Additionally, the model features incandescent interior lighting.
