The cabinet construction features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum with coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control consists of a digital thermostat displaying cabinet temperatures, along with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system includes an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and features an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. The unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform air distribution, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Door options include solid or half-solid configurations, with anti-microbial door handles and locks standard. The doors are field reversible with cam lift hinges and feature a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay-open feature. Plug-in magnetic door gaskets are of one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning. The shelving includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, with four shelf clips included per shelf and adjustable in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model features incandescent interior lighting.
