The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with glass door(s) and gray painted sides, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum with coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control includes a thermostat with a digital display for cabinet temperatures and status indicators, along with a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced design, with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform airflow distribution, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F, utilizing environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The doors can be configured as either glass or half-glass and feature energy-efficient "Low-E" double pane thermal glass, anti-microbial door handles, field reversible designs, cam lift hinges, and positive seal self-closing mechanisms with a 120° stay-open feature. The plug-in magnetic door gaskets are of one-piece construction and removable without tools for easy cleaning. Each section comes standard with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, along with four shelf clips per shelf that are field installed, and shelves are adjustable in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model meets all relevant certifications and compliance standards, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
