The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, complemented by an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control includes a digital display of cabinet temperatures, status indicators, and a keypad for necessary adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency, and a unique downdraft airflow system that ensures uniform distribution of airflow, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. This factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers options for solid doors or half-solid door configurations, standard anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, and positive seal self-closing doors with a 120° stay-open feature. The cabinet is equipped with plug-in magnetic door gaskets made of one-piece construction that are removable without tools for easy cleaning. Inside, the cabinet includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, adjustable in ½" increments, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation, and four interior pan slide kits available for further customization. Additional features include incandescent interior lighting.
