The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with glass door(s) and gray painted sides, while the interior is constructed from anodized aluminum with coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system offers a digital display of cabinet temperatures, along with status indicators and a keypad for adjustments. The refrigeration system utilizes a top mount balanced design with an evaporator positioned out of the food zone, ensuring maximized capacity and energy efficiency through an automatic evaporation system. A unique down draft airflow system guarantees uniform airflow distribution, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory engineered, self-contained refrigeration system is compatible with environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Customers can choose either glass doors or half-glass door configurations, and both configurations feature energy-efficient, "Low-E," double pane thermal glass, anti-microbial door handles, field reversible doors, and positive seal self-closing doors with a 120° stay open feature. Magnetic door gaskets are plug-in, constructed from a single piece, and are removable without tools for easy cleaning. Each section comes standard with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable in ½" increments, and includes four shelf clips per shelf for field installation. Additionally, there are four interior pan slide kits available for field installation.
