Cabinet construction features a stainless steel exterior front and gray painted sides as standard, with an anodized aluminum interior that includes coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control includes an electronic thermostat that provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures, complete with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced design, featuring an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. It employs a unique down draft airflow system that ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant. The doors are available in either a solid or half-solid configuration, with anti-microbial door handles and locks as standard features. The doors are field reversible with cam lift hinges, equipped with a positive seal self-closing feature and a 120° stay open capability. Plug-in magnetic door gaskets of one-piece construction are removable without tools for ease of cleaning. Each section includes three heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves, with four shelf clips per shelf (field installed), and the shelves are adjustable in ½" increments. There are four interior pan slide kits available for field installation, and the model features incandescent interior lighting.
