This cabinet features stainless steel exterior front with glass door(s) and gray painted sides, anodized aluminum interior with coved corners, and 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. An electronic thermostat is included, providing a digital display of cabinet temperatures along with status indicators and keypad for necessary adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has the evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, with an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency and a unique down draft airflow system ensuring uniform airflow distribution, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers options for glass door or half-glass door configurations featuring energy efficient "Low-E" double pane thermal glass, anti-microbial door handles, field reversible doors, cam lift hinges, positive seal self-closing door(s) with a 120° stay open feature, and magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools. Shelving consists of three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation, and adjustable shelves in ½" increments, as well as four interior pan slide kits available for field installation.
