The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides and a stainless steel interior with coved corners, insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. It is equipped with an electronic thermostat that provides a digital display of cabinet temperatures, along with status indicators and a keypad for adjustments. The top mount balanced refrigeration system has an evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and includes an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. Its unique down draft airflow system ensures uniform distribution of airflow, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly (CFC and HCFC-free) R134A refrigerant. The cabinet offers the option of solid or half-solid door configurations, with standard anti-microbial door handles and door locks. The doors are field reversible with cam lift hinges and feature a positive seal self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay open feature, along with plug-in magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools for easy cleaning. Internally, the cabinet includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelving units per section, with four shelf clips provided per shelf for field installation and adjustable shelves in ½" increments. Additionally, there are four interior pan slide kits available for installation. The model also includes an incandescent interior.
