The UCR-Series undercounter units are available in four standard sizes, featuring widths of 46" with a single door. The overall height of the unit is 34 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters, with two casters equipped with brakes. The cabinet construction includes stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interiors are designed to accommodate sheet pans and hotel pans, and the cabinets are insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay-open feature and are equipped with snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gaskets for a positive seal. The convenience of a double pull style door handle crafted from black anodized aluminum is standard, and each cabinet interior includes two steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. The balanced refrigeration systems maintain high humidity storage for products at temperatures ranging from 35° to 38°, utilizing CFC-free R134A refrigerants. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet and include an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
