The UCR-Series undercounter units are versatile, compact models designed for undercounter and worktop applications, measuring 29" deep and 34-1/2" in height, specifically for refrigerated storage of food products. The construction features heavy-duty materials, including exterior stainless steel for the front, sides, doors, and grille, with the cabinet back and bottom made from galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and it includes a standard interior thermometer. The cabinets are insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, while the sub-top is insulated with 1-1/2" foamed-in-place polyurethane. The self-closing doors are mounted on cartridge-style hinges, offering a 120° stay-open feature, and are equipped with a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal. Each unit comes with a convenient double pull-style door handle made of black anodized aluminum, and standard 6" high casters, of which 2 have brakes. The cabinet's interior includes 2 steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section, and models with glass doors feature an interior light with a manual switch. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant and is governed by a capillary tube system, alongside an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior forced-air system, equipped with high humidity evaporator coils, optimally preserves food. Electrical units come pre-wired for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet and include an 8' long cord and plug set. The kit and package include the refrigerator unit, shelves, casters, and the necessary electrical components for installation.
