Water resistant canvas tarpaulins provide protection or concealment for equipment or supplies while preventing condensation. These tarps are designed to be water-resistant, breathable, and robust, featuring double-stitched seams and hems with brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart around the perimeter. Custom sizes can be requested to meet specific needs. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers due to the potential for wax and dye to transfer and stain surfaces. Additionally, they are not intended for use as over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers, for which 18 oz vinyl tarps are recommended. Indoor use or hanging as space dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures is also not advisable. For applications such as patio roofs, sidewalls, or canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are suggested. When ordering, be aware that pre-finished tarpaulins may measure 3-5% less in size than specified, and if a specific finished size is required, it should be stated on the purchase order.
