Water-resistant canvas tarpaulins are designed to protect or conceal equipment or supplies while preventing condensation buildup. These tarps are made from strong, breathable materials and feature double-stitched seams and hems, along with brass tie-down grommets that are spaced approximately 24 inches apart around the entire perimeter. Custom sizes are available upon request. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers due to the potential for wax and dye to rub off and stain the surfaces. Additionally, they are not intended for over-the-road trailer or truck use; vinyl tarps, specifically 18 oz vinyl tarps, are recommended for those applications. Canvas tarps are also not recommended for indoor use or for hanging as dividers or sides for tents, canopies, or building structures. For patio roofs, sidewalls, and canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are advised. Pre-finished tarpaulins may be 3-5% smaller than the specified size, so it is essential to indicate any specific finished size requirements on the purchase order.
