Water resistant canvas tarpaulins are designed to protect or conceal equipment or supplies while effectively eliminating condensation. These tarpaulins feature a water-resistant yet breathable and strong material, with all seams and hems double-stitched for added durability. They are equipped with brass tie-down grommets that are spaced approximately 24 inches apart around the perimeter. Custom sizes can be requested to fit specific needs. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers, as the wax and dye may rub off and stain exteriors. Additionally, they are not intended for over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers; vinyl tarps, such as 18 oz vinyl tarps, are recommended alternatives. These tarps are also not advisable for indoor applications or as hanging elements for sidewalls, tops, or roofs of tents, canopies, or structures. For scenarios such as patio roofs or canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are preferred. Finally, pre-finished tarpaulin sizes may measure 3-5% smaller upon completion, so it is essential to specify any required finished size on the purchase order.
