Water resistant canvas tarpaulins are designed to protect or conceal equipment and supplies while preventing condensation. These breathable and durable tarpaulins feature double-stitched seams and hems, equipped with brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart around the perimeter. Custom sizes are available upon request, with the understanding that pre-finished tarpaulins may measure 3-5% less than stated dimensions. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers due to the potential for wax and dye to transfer and stain surfaces. Additionally, they are not intended for use as over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers, for which 18 oz vinyl tarps are recommended. Canvas tarps should also not be used for indoor applications or as hanging dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures. When considering options for patio roofs or sidewalls, high tear strength vinyl tarps are advised.
