Water resistant canvas tarpaulins provide protection or concealment for equipment or supplies while effectively eliminating condensation. These tarpaulins are designed to be water-resistant and breathable, featuring strong construction with all double-stitched seams and hems. They include brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart all around, ensuring secure fastening. Custom sizes are available upon request. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers, as the wax and dye used in the canvas may cause staining. Additionally, they are not intended for over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers; vinyl tarps, such as the 18 oz vinyl tarps, are recommended alternatives. Canvas tarps are also not suitable for indoor use or as hanging dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures. For specific applications like patio roofs, sidewalls, or canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are suggested. Pre-finished size tarpaulins may finish 3-5% smaller than specified, so it is essential to indicate any required finished size on the purchase order.
