Water resistant canvas tarpaulins are designed to protect or conceal equipment or supplies while effectively eliminating condensation. These tarps feature a water-resistant yet breathable construction, with strong materials that include double-stitched seams and hems. They are equipped with brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart on all sides. Custom sizes are available upon request; however, it is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers due to the potential for wax and dye to stain exteriors. They are also not recommended for use as over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers, in which case 18 oz vinyl tarps are suggested. Additionally, these tarps should not be used indoors or as hanging space dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures. For applications such as patio roofs or canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are recommended. Pre-finished canvas tarpaulins may actually measure 3-5% less than the specified size, and it is necessary to indicate any specific size requirements on the purchase order.
