Water resistant canvas tarpaulins protect or conceal your equipment or supplies while eliminating condensation. These tarpaulins are water-resistant yet breathable and strong, featuring all double-stitched seams and hems with brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart all around. Custom sizes are available upon request. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable as car or boat covers, as the wax and dye in the canvas may rub off and stain exteriors. Additionally, they are not designed for use as over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers; vinyl tarps, such as 18 oz vinyl tarps, are recommended in those cases. Canvas tarps are also not advised for indoor use or for hanging as space dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures. For applications such as patio roofs, patio sidewalls, canopy replacement tarps, and canopies, high tear strength vinyl tarps are suggested. Pre-finished size tarpaulins may actually finish 3-5% less in size, and it is necessary to specify on the purchase order if a specific finished size is required.
