Water-resistant canvas tarpaulins are designed to protect or conceal equipment and supplies while effectively eliminating condensation. These tarpaulins feature a durable, breathable construction with double-stitched seams and hems, complemented by brass tie-down grommets placed approximately 24 inches apart around the perimeter. Custom sizes can be requested, but it is important to note that these canvas tarps are unsuitable for use as car or boat covers due to the potential for wax and dye to rub off and stain surfaces. Additionally, they are not intended for over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers; for those applications, 18 oz vinyl tarps are recommended. Canvas tarps are not designed for indoor use or as hanging dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents or canopies. For patio roof, sidewall, canopy replacements, and similar needs, high tear strength vinyl tarps are more appropriate. Pre-finished sizes may finish 3-5% smaller than specified, so it is necessary to indicate any required finished size on the purchase order.
