Water-resistant canvas tarpaulins are designed to protect or conceal equipment or supplies while eliminating condensation. These tarps are water-resistant, breathable, and strong, featuring all double-stitched seams and hems with brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart all around. Custom sizes are available upon request. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers, as the wax and dye in the canvas may rub off and stain exteriors. Additionally, these tarps should not be used as over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers; vinyl tarps, such as 18 oz vinyl options, are recommended instead. The canvas tarps are also not advised for indoor use or for hanging as space dividers, sidewalls, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures. For patio roofs, sidewalls, or canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are recommended. Pre-finished size tarpaulins may actually finish 3-5% less than the specified size, so it is essential to specify the required finished size on the purchase order.
