Water resistant canvas tarpaulins serve to protect or conceal equipment or supplies while effectively eliminating condensation. Crafted from water-resistant yet breathable and strong fabric, these tarpaulins feature double-stitched seams and hems with brass tie-down grommets spaced approximately 24 inches apart around the perimeter. Custom sizes are available upon request. It is important to note that these canvas tarps are not suitable for use as car or boat covers because the wax and dye may transfer and stain exteriors. Additionally, they are not intended for over-the-road trailer tarps or truck covers; vinyl tarps, such as the 18 oz vinyl option, are recommended instead. The canvas tarps are also not suitable for indoor use or as hanging dividers, sidewalls, tops, or roofs for tents, canopies, or building structures. For applications such as patio roofs, patio sidewalls, and canopy replacements, high tear strength vinyl tarps are advised. Pre-finished size tarpaulins may finish 3-5% smaller than indicated, and if a specific finished size is required, it should be specified on the purchase order.
