The NERP Dual Speed Series of electric chain hoists from Harrington features a push/pull trolley with an under the cover variable frequency drive, providing exceptional load control and field-adjustable two speeds with an impressive 12:1 speed ratio. Key attributes include "The Guardian" smart brake technology, which utilizes a current-driven electromagnetic brake that remains engaged unless the motor is energized. The hoists are equipped with a grade 80 nickel-plated load chain, a variable frequency drive for speed adjustability, and integral hour counting functionality that records and displays the number of lowering starts and hoist operational time. Additionally, they boast a 5 pocket load sheave designed to reduce vibration and extend chain life, a fan-cooled motor that contributes to cooler motor and brake temperatures, as well as low profile upper and lower limit switches. The plug-in pendant and power supply cords enhance usability. These hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, environmentally friendly, meeting RoHS requirements, and exceed ASME H4 duty rating.
