Quick Mount doors and sub-frames by Securall® are engineered for easy installation into pre-existing door openings, allowing for quick replacement of old doors or modification of the handing/swinging of an opening. Each Quick Mount door comes fully equipped with all hardware pre-installed, including high-quality grade 2 hardware. The product is offered in various configurations and is specifically designed for the replacement door market, effectively securing any existing opening. Quick Mount doors are available in two steel thicknesses: 18 gauge or 16 gauge, while all sub-frames are constructed from 12 gauge steel. The fire rating options for Quick Mount doors are 45 minutes or 1 hour, contingent upon the sub-frame and door being installed in an existing fire-rated opening and the amount of glass included. Each model includes factory-installed hardware, three ball bearing hinges, one door closer, one threshold, weatherstripping, and crating for safe transportation. Note that Quick Mount door/frame assemblies are intended to fit existing commercial steel door frames, and an approval drawing is required to be signed and returned before shipment.
