Paint storage cabinets for 1-gallon paint cans are available in capacities of 20, 40, 60, and up to 120 gallons. Finished in two-part urethane paint, the interior and exterior feature an aliphatic polyurethane finish that provides chemical resistance to salt spray and fading due to UV exposure, surpassing the performance of conventional epoxy paints. The durable urethane coating withstands chipping and peeling, making it suitable for environments with frequent access. The cabinets come equipped with galvanized steel shelving and feature double wall construction with a 1" air space. They include a flush-mounted locking handle, a static grounding bolt compliant with current OSHA standards, and a reinforced 18-gauge all-welded construction. The doors are designed with a 3-point self-latching mechanism (non-sparking) and a continuous piano hinge. Additional safety features include a large warning label stating "Flammable - Keep fire away," adjustable zinc plated leveling legs, two 2" vents with flash arrestors, and a leak-proof sill that is 2" deep. All cabinets are FM approved and comply with current OSHA regulations, adhering to NFPA standards.
