This gable mount power attic ventilator is rated at 1,650 CFM with an energy-efficient 2.1 amp 115 volt/60 hertz PSC motor. The housing is made of galvanized steel and features an automatic adjustable 10 amp thermostat. It is suitable for attics up to 2,500 square feet and installs easily behind a static gable vent or a CX2121 automatic gable vent. The ventilator helps prolong the life of composite roof shingles by lowering summer attic temperatures and is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
