The collapsible wire mesh steel handling container features a zinc-galvanized finish and is engineered for heavy-duty industrial use. It measures 40 1/2" x 34 1/2" x 26" in upright height and collapses to 11 1/2" height, with a load capacity of 3200 lbs. The maximum stack height is five containers upright in a warehouse when loaded at full capacity, four high for truck shipments, and nine high when collapsed for returnable shipping. The inside usable volume is 14 cubic feet, and the container has four wire mesh sides measuring 2" x 1" center-to-center with a thickness of 0.148" (approximately 9 gauge). The floor consists of sheet metal on a tubing base structure. A full 53' truckload can fit 144 containers upright or 324 containers when collapsed. The container is inter-stackable with other 40.5" x 34.5" steel containers.
