Wire mesh steel handling containers in blue enamel finish are quality engineered for the toughest industrial uses. The containers measure 40 1/2" x 34 1/2" x 32" high with a load capacity of 3200 lbs and a maximum stack height of 5 containers in a warehouse when loaded with 3200 lbs each, and a stack height of 3 high for truck shipments. They have an inside usable volume of 18 cubic feet and feature half-drop gates on both of the 34 1/2" sides. All four sides are wire mesh measuring 2" x 1" center to center with .148" (approximately 9 gauge) thickness. The floor is made of sheet metal on a tubing base structure. A full 53' truckload can accommodate 108 containers. These containers are inter-stackable with other "40.5 x 34.5 steel containers."
