The collapsible wire mesh steel handling containers feature a zinc-galvanized finish and are quality engineered for tough industrial applications. They measure 40 1/2" x 34 1/2" x 32" in upright height and 14-1/4" when collapsed. These containers have a load capacity of 3200 lbs, a maximum stack height of 5 containers in a warehouse when upright and loaded at full capacity, a stack height of 3 high for truck shipments when upright, and 7 high when collapsed for returnable shipping. The inside usable volume is 18 cubic feet, with half-drop gates on both of the 34-1/2" sides. All four sides consist of wire mesh measuring 2" x 1" center to center by .148" thickness (approximately 9 gauge), while the floor is made of sheet metal supported by a tubing base structure. The containers are inter-stackable with other 40.5" x 34.5" steel containers, and a full 53' truckload can accommodate 108 containers upright or 252 containers when collapsed.
