The Hudson Bearings 1" nylon main ball with two hole flange features a carbon steel housing and measures 2"W. The one-inch nylon main ball rotates on a bed of eighty 1/8 inch support balls. The support cup is hardened and plated, while the cover is similarly treated to resist rust. As an innovative domestic manufacturer of ball transfers, Hudson Bearings provides flange-mounted units that include a hardened and zinc plated mounting cup along with a foam seal. Housing options are available in stainless steel, with an optional felt seal. Additionally, the main and support ball options encompass stainless, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin materials. Flange mounted transfers are versatile, allowing for use in either ball up or down positions.
