The Hudson Bearings 1-1/2" nylon ball carbon steel low profile flying saucer ball transfer consists of a 1-1/2 inch nylon main ball rotating on carbon steel 3/16 inch support balls, all housed in a precision formed carbon steel casing. The flange-mounted units are equipped with a hardened and zinc plated mounting cup along with a foam seal for enhanced protection. The product offers various housing options including stainless steel, with the choice of a felt seal. Additionally, customers can select from a range of main and support ball materials such as stainless steel, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin. These flange-mounted transfers can be utilized in either a ball up or down position, providing versatility for different applications.
