Exair's compressed air operated Line Vac™ connects to standard hose or tube, creating a powerful in-line conveyor with a compact design featuring large throat diameters for maximum throughput capability. It is ideal for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. A small amount of compressed air is injected through directed nozzles to produce a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other, ensuring instantaneous response and allowing easy control of the material flow rate with a pressure regulator. The Line Vac operates without moving parts or electricity, guaranteeing maintenance-free operation. It is available in both aluminum and stainless steel, offering attributes such as compactness, quiet operation, and high throughput capability.
