The Exair® Compressed Air Operated Line Vac™ Kit 6983 is an aluminum device designed to connect to standard hoses or tubes, creating a powerful in-line conveyor with a capacity of 33 SCFM and accommodating a 1-1/2" hose. This compact unit features large throat diameters for optimal throughput, making it particularly suitable for moving substantial volumes of material over extended distances. The system operates by injecting a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles, generating a vacuum on one end while achieving high output flows on the other, ensuring instantaneous response. The material flow rate can be managed easily with a pressure regulator, and with no moving parts or electrical components, it guarantees maintenance-free operation.
