The Straight Tube Heater offers fuel savings of up to 50% and is ideal for complete building heating. It features a positive pressure system that pressurizes the combustion chamber, with all gas and electrical connections located at the same end of the heater. The unit is equipped with reliable direct spark ignition and a 100% gas shut-off safety control. It supports up to 40 feet of ducting for fresh air or 40 feet of sidewall venting capability. The blower is situated inside the burner box, making it suitable for applications where minimal noise (less than 60 dB) is desired. It includes a heavy-duty, permanently lubricated ball bearing blower motor for maintenance-free operation and highly efficient aluminum reflectors. The heater comes with a diaphragm air switch, a heavy-duty cast iron burner, and a burner inspection sight glass, as well as a diagnostic monitoring light system. A 120V supply is required, and it allows for external 24V thermostat connection or line voltage operation. The minimum mounting heights are specified for human comfort and uniform energy distribution in complete building applications, with the recommendation to mount the heaters as high as possible. The unit is CSA certified and made in the USA, with a 5-year limited warranty on tubes and a 1-year limited warranty on the unit.
